Welcome to our website for New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene in Alamogordo, New Mexico near Holloman Air Force Base. Our Mission
New Beginnings is a gathering of people who seek to focus on loving and serving God (Father, Son- Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit) and bring light to a broken world. Every week, we read from the Old and New Testament- God's word and learn how to live like Christ. We believe Jesus made it possible for everyone to have a healthy relationship with God and with others.
Happenings
Our Sunday morning celebration is held at 817 N. Scenic Dr. at 11:00 AM. Communion is observed on the first Sunday of each month. A kid's lesson is taught on the 3rd Sunday of the month as part of the morning service.
Adult Sunday School begins at 9:30 AM each week in the adult Sunday School room located at the north end of the building.

From 10:30-10:55, enjoy coffee and snacks in the fellowship room located at the center of the building.
A midweek worship service study is held on Wednesday evenings with Reverend Bruce Abbott. We sign, pray, and participate in communion. The service meets from 7:00-8:00 P.M.
We have Bible Centered, small groups that meet throughout the week to pray together and get to know each other. Joyful Hearts (women's group) meets on Tuesday at 9:30 and Biblical Roots meets on Tuesday at 10 to learn about the Old Testament.
